Morning Power Shake

Shakes are a quick and easy way to give your body the nutrients that it needs in the morning, especially for those of us who are on the go.
This is my go-to power shake to jump-start my metabolism and fuel my body and mind!
What you will need:
-10 oz almond or coconut milk
-1/2 cup blueberries
-1/2 of a frozen banana
-1 large handful of baby spinach
-1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder (or 1 cup of rolled oats)
-Dash of cinnamon
-2-3 ice cubes
Blend and enjoy!
